The Process
How I Work
While I employ AI tools for grammar & spelling, I make the initial corrections, methodically, line by line. Your entire piece will be copyedited & proofread by me; only when those stages are finished will I resort to AI grammar tools.
I use Google Docs & OpenOffice Writer for revisions. Both of these applications can interact with a variety of formats. Hence, exchanges can occur using RTF, DOC, DOCX, ODT, GDOC, TXT, PDF, & HTML.
Besides corrections, I'll leave detailed comments in the document (where appropriate), so you can see why certain alterations were made. I will collaborate with you each step of the way to ensure that we are on track.
While some sentences may require a total overhaul, I will strike a balance between substantive editing & maintaining your voice.

My Story
In 2006, I started writing my first book. Around that time I discovered that I had a talent for scrupulous research, detecting patterns in vast amounts of data, & converting complex notions into simple ideas that anyone could grasp.
The five scholarly books that I wrote were published through Lulu Press, Kindle Direct Publishing, Draft2Digital, & Google Books.
Over the course of about fifteen years I have also authored several hundred captivating articles. All of them were composed by me, not an AI chatbot.

The price depends on the word count & degree of editing.
Half of the payment is due before I begin the project (after we form an agreement); the other half is paid when I complete it.
